For ordering on our online shopping cart, the minimum order is $100 (after all discounts and before shipping charges). You can order for less than $100 but there will be a service charge of $25.00 added to all orders under $100. Our online shopping card contains all the items we have in stock and can ship right away.
Special orders for items we do not stock require that you order at least 100 pcs of the same item for zippers (each color or length would be a different item). Please inquire about MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for zipper parts and fasteners. In addition to the MOQ’s there would be a $300 minimum on all special orders.
Most in-stock orders via our online shopping cart are processed and shipped on the same day that you place the order if placed before 1 pm CST. Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground (smaller orders and AK and HI will ship USPS Priority mail) from Grand Forks, ND and 80% of the country will receive that order within three business days. We can expedite any order if there is a rush; there will be the appropriate extra charge for this expedited service and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to help keep that cost as low as possible.
*Make sure you provide your email address at time of order to get package tracking information emailed to you so you know exactly where the package is and when it will be delivered.Special orders will take longer; anywhere from a few days to a few weeks; we will work with you and let you know at that time.
Yes! All in-stock orders over $200 (merchandise total after all discounts) will have no shipping charges. Otherwise, there is a flat fee of $17.50 for orders under $200. All special orders and bulk orders will be assessed appropriate shipping charges FOB from its shipping point.
Most customers choose to pay by Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All our credit card processing is 100% secure. We are a small business, and we have complete control of our databases so there is no chance of your information being compromised with us. In addition, our online shopping cart has the most secure form of online payments possible…no worries when purchasing with us.ACH and wire transfer payments are always accepted as well.
If you would like to be considered for an open billed account, fast and simple one page credit applications are available; account terms are NET 30 DAYS. Please send us an email (qualityzip@aol.com) to request our credit application. For our open credit customers, past due accounts are subject to a monthly 1.5% finance charge (18% annually). This finance charge will be assessed on all late invoices, no exceptions. All past due accounts are automatically sent to a collection agency after 60 days past due date.
*All first-time orders must be with paid by credit card, ACH wire transfer, or prepaid check. After the initial order and upon filling out credit application open-billed terms of net 30 days can be offered. *Returned NSF check fee is $30 for each occurrence. Credit card payment must occur at time of sale; credit card payment issued days after the sale will incur a 3% charge on the total of the balance paid. A credit card processing fee of 3% may also be assessed for special orders totaling over $1000.00.
Back-orders for in stock items ordered on the online shopping cart are rare, less than 4% of orders. When back-orders do occur, the back-ordered item will be indicated on your packing list and an estimated date of shipment will be noted. Back-ordered items will be shipped to you at no charge when the product arrives.
YES. When your package arrives, you will find your merchandise to be neat and orderly. All zippers will be organized and rubber banded or polybagged, and all zipper parts and snaps will be packaged and labeled for easy check in.
